What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress?

While my way to reduce stress is watching movies for others listening to music or exercising can be the activity to reduce it. I will forget about my problem by watching movies and I think it is a really useful way to reduce stress. There are many ways to forget about your problems like gardening, sports, painting, reading, watching TV and etc.

I think art is a very useful way to reduce stress. For example, painting or playing an instrument or writing poem is a good idea. It works good because you can give your art work to someone after you did it.

You have to do something that makes you distract from the source of stress and forget about it. You can watch a movie or listen to a music to do so. Reading a book works with the same mechanism too. Playing video games is very enjoying and helps you forget about problem too.

You can think of your good memories or try to think of something funny. It will help to reduce stress by giving positive energy. Going to see family is another useful way. They can help you with your problem or give you confidence so you won’t have any stress problem anymore.

To conclude I prefer to talk to family to get confident and play some video game or watch movie to forget about problem and reduce problem.
